Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise. Kainaat reserves the right to update product prices, discounts, and offers at any time without prior notice.

Orders

After placing an order, customers may receive confirmation through phone, WhatsApp, email, or SMS.

Kainaat reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if the product is out of stock, customer information is incomplete or incorrect, payment issue occurs, order appears fraudulent or suspicious, or delivery location is not serviceable.

Payments

Available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, or other payment methods shown at checkout. For prepaid orders, dispatch may begin after payment confirmation.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, phone number, delivery address, and product size/color selection where applicable. Kainaat will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect customer details.

Product Use

Products must be used responsibly and according to their intended purpose. Kainaat is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, washing errors, mishandling, or customer negligence.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.
