At Kainaat, customer satisfaction and product quality are very important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order if the product is damaged, defective, incorrectly delivered, or different from the product shown or described on our website.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, bras, undergarments, cosmetics, opened perfumes, used jewelry, sale items, clearance items, and customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

Please include your order number, customer name, product photos, clear photo/video proof of the issue, and reason for return or exchange.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval or rejection of the refund or exchange.
If approved, the refund may be issued through store credit, bank transfer, replacement product, or another mutually agreed method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and approved.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake, such as a wrong, damaged, or defective product, Kainaat may cover the return shipping cost. If the customer requests a return or exchange for personal reasons, size selection, color preference, or change of mind, return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be processed according to our return policy.
