Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may contact the customer for order confirmation before dispatch.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders within Pakistan. Customers are requested to provide complete and correct delivery details, including full name, phone number, complete address, city, and any helpful delivery instructions.

Failed Delivery

If a customer refuses delivery, provides incorrect contact details, or is unavailable after courier attempts, the order may be cancelled. Kainaat reserves the right to limit or refuse future Cash on Delivery orders in case of repeated failed deliveries.
